Thanks Greg, a bit off topic but I see 9K Dave Baker in the 2K's Superstock ranks. This will be good for the Kings. Do you know if he will be there this weekend? Hey Colin I haven't heard anything about the Sledgehammers return other than he has registered with Kihikihi, will do a bit of digging when I get back to TA and see what I can found out. He certainly livened up the KC Champs a couple of years back so fingers crossed he isn't far away.

Is that the same sledgehammer that used to race at Baypark years ago ? when he turned up , he made most people smile. Maybe not some drivers ;D

Yes, that is the same man, Dave "sledgehammer" Baker. After taking last season off he is returning to the track, and has already expressed intense enthusiasm for teams racing. I am not sure if he will be ready to go this weekend or not, I have just flown in from Korea, so will be catching up on things over the next day. At this stage the plan is to use the car he ran as 9H / (25K kings), but plans can change...
I have been advised to expect a few visiting cars, and most of the locals should have their cars ready for action this weekend after missing the opening guyfawkes meeting for various reasons.
Hope to see you all over at Kihikihi for a glorious days racing.
Thanks- Rick
