As many as you like.
Rees, someone who mixes it up, is fast, and dosen't moan when someone hit's him
Horse 38r. They don't come any tougher than this cat!. Fun to watch weather blocking or winding someone off in a run off.
Penn, Shane . Fastest out there but also can put in the crazy hits when needed.
Nagati, awesome to watch while racing , but more fun in the pits!

my picks would be- Grahame Ware-drove for Waikato team back in the Forest lakes days, true hard man with the bumper(and he is my dad ;D) Kevin Free-was in same team as my old man and is still going, class driver all round. Pat Westbury-true hard man but now sowing he can win as well Peter Rees-awsome all rounder Shane Penn-if any one deserves 1nz this guy dose, skill to burn Scotty Miers-best blocker there is full stop.

Richard Gaskin - Awesome car preparation and talented driver...always near the top of the field and mixes it up when/if required.
Pat Westbury and Eddie Hawkins both drivers give /gave 100% and some good R vs W battles in the major champs.
Kelvin Gray - The Terminator. if he's not in the running everybody else on the track knows about it. here's hoping he makes a return.
Biggest name I can recall from first meeting i went to was 'Mungo' who put on a show and being going ever since.

At the moment...
Peter Bengston-Can switch between any role in a teams race with ease , and in my opinion one of if not the best blockers at the moment. Races hard and can give hits as good as Rees.

Pat Westbury- take a look at the greatest hits dvd! Rotorua club champ last two seasons. Might be a contender for NZ title either at KK or Paradise next December. Even Rees was a bit nervous about his run off with Pat last season.

Of the current crop Peter Bengston – Superb all round “thinking” driver, races effectively when out of town and with no competitor support. Versatile – watched him at play turning a few laps in Stan H’s machine after a meeting in Vegas – a delight to watch with a smooth aggressive style as he got that old Ford howling. The best of the current crop of teams racers (Ask Gary Parkes) – can hit while preserving his car, but prepared to destroy the thing when required. Quiet and laid back – not a drama queen/pretty boy.
Recent Past Kelvin Gray – Another thinking driver, did the miles and raced everywhere, quick and aggressive. Superb engineer – his self-built cars were well ahead of the time. Another very effective teams racer.
Further back Dave Evans – The best all round stockcar driver ever. Effective - fast, thinking driver with impeccable timing. A quiet almost shy chap who engineered and built some very effective and diverse machinery.

I have 3..... Brendon higgins, Jason Moir and Craig Boote
forget the fact theyre all from the best club run track in the country, theyre all great hitters, not afraid to stir higgy and moir formed in my opinion the best block team in recent history and with 3 titles in only 5 seasons bootes pedigree speaks for itself doesnt it???
just my opinion

Ever since I started going to speedway in 1988 Ive been a big fan of 6C Super Saloon Dennis Bolt, Love watching him race and he knows the Woodforglen track better than most..
Fav Superstock racer definitly 7P Shane Penn, I look forward to the day when he finally has a 1NZ on the side of his car.

Peter Rees - I recall him on his site not being too happy about people dissing him.. and i thought to myself, get used to it mate, youve reached the Shumacher/Bertram echelon of Stockcars where everyone loves or hates ya cos youre that darn good.. No matter where he is, in which car, he is the man to watch, and i must admit i do cheer when someone (rarely) gets him, but i also know that drivers in for a future of chaos from now ;D Watching his DVD and seeing that he is/wasnt the hell rich driver buying the best and winning straight away, and seeing how he did in his old flat chassis and stuff was quite inspirational too. He is the man!.
Scott Frederickson and Kerry Remnant - Both run alot, which are wierd for my favourites, but when both get in the zone, they are very destructive, and almost always on point with their hits! the reason i paired them is because of my favourite aspect. They both get hammered ALOT, but have a knack of absorbing the hits, getting out of the hits and continueing, hence why they have alot of 2nd-5th in titles and not as many wins as they deserve. Scott in particular would fare alot better with better club backing, especially now the Gallops arent M anymore. Its very rare to see them not finish 3 out of 3.
All time Favourite, Eddie Hawkins - He wasnt always on form, but when he was, the whole Wildcats team lifted up and were almost unbeatable. The cars were always immaculate or different, but he drove them like a maniac, and noone could deny what a great teams racer he was. It was also great to see him win the North Islands for himself too.
New Favourite, Mad Brad Rosewarne - I havent seen him race too much and dont know too much about him, but since visiting the Glen, he is always smashing someone, even every clubnight, which i am not used to seeing in Superstocks. I gather his Father has something to do with Ngatais engines?? yet he continually spins and has goes at Ngatai.. good to see ;D

Murray Hobbs - good hard team man for the Rebels and who would ever forget that hit on Dickson in pit corner of Palmy teams champs. Barry Hunter - one of the hardest team drivers i've ever watched. Kerry Remnant - Mr reliable. Wayne Hemi showed passion and dedication for the Wildcats and even more for the Panthers. Lets be honest if he and the Waka raced at your club would you leave him out of your team? Peter Bengston - fly block he can do it. Scott Miers - best blocker at present. But my favourite is Dave Evans, individual titles or teams he was the master.

Kerry Podjursky - Look at the Greatest Hits DVD he is one of the most featured drivers in the last few decades when it comes to walling rolling or destroying the opposition wether it was for the Panthers or the Warriors.
I mean who can forget Kerry taking Stu Smith Jnr for one of the fastest and most spectacular spark filled rides around the top of the wall Ive ever seen!
A tank commander who builds the beast and uses it to its spaceframe destroying best.
In my eyes a man who always puts his car and body on the line for his teams cause......a true Warrior!
