I agree with the "no such thing as good looking streetstock" opinion and I don't. If I see a to tidy streetstock pull out on the track I tend to think either brand new or hasn't been driven like a streetie should be. If I see a dented, beaten up looking streetie I tend to think, I know what you have been doing to get the car looking like that. As an ardent supporter of the class I know which car I would be watching. So to me a good looking streetie is no where near as good looking as a rough looking streetie ;D

I agree with the comment about the bad looking ones hit more but in saying that if you cant afford the fines that are being handed out now for the silliest little thing and with everything being so PC at the moment the class has got less aggressive but the last meeting at the glen is what streetstocks are about and the crowd would love to see more of that i bet but from behind the scenes most of them drivers got at least a 60-100 buck fine,so by tiime you spend all week in the garage panel beating and re painting ect to get it looking good plus gas ect then a fine it adds up.

It must be a difficult class to ref. Contact is encouraged, but with limitations that must be hard to stick to when driving round the track at full noise. Can make for a great spectacle when drivers are able to take the rules to the limit, without cross that fine line.
Back to the topic, I tend to like certain styles of car rather than paint jobs. Chargers and big Station Wagons tend to catch my eye.
