Missed the runoff text from half a hour ago:
29a wins the runoff, finishing backwards in reverse over the line.

Peter rees didnt make it, was walled hard by 62 C John Gray, and is broken some major car parts, but for him its a walk in the park,
Good runoff with 29A and 74P, with 29A winning that, (backwards)
the sun was out, but then it started to spit a little. but then the sun came out again,
jordan Dare made it in, with a 8th a 2nd and a 6th
The Only south island car to get in was 44C peter ross.
24W Scott Micintosh didnt turn a lap in a race, but got onto the track in the first race, that was it... few warm up laps.
6v Dion Mooney with help from 492I Campbell McManaway put 52R mike Herbert up the wall and ontop of Dion's car.
asher rees at track, No car, word is its in chch getting its motor fixed,
