why dont more ppl use mazda or nissan diffs? one other thing since when were solid centre clutches legal also? or multi puk clutches for that matter. If it's in a oem vehicle(any type anywhere) it's legal.

Flash shocks IE Integra or Affcos etc..Basicly a full race shock not just a common Monroe car or 4x4 shock as used before..Should only beable to use one shock number for all four corners if using these. That would stop a lot. LOL.

LOL. " what about this then". Shocks. Do a survey of what shocks are being used ( this can be done at CVI/ vehicle checking). Take the 3 or more most used shocks and see if a deal with the manufacturer can be arranged. More than likely this would / may have to be done through SNZ Why you say. Two reasons. 1. You need some one who can finance The deal. 2. The profit made would be returned to the sport we have a Vistard interest in. Of course there is 2 sides to a story!! No doubt I will get shot down for my comments but, this class is getting or is out of hand now. We ALL need to go back and look at "The intent" of the class. May be a all out HUI is needed like I beleve super stocks had on the 8/3/14 in Auckland ?? Cheers.

LOL. oh ok , does anybody have any idea how much a brand new Monroe or 4x4 shock costs, I am a real budget racer but do use integra shocks due to it being so easy to buy straight of the shelf and bolt straight in, and now you can get coil over kits it is so easy, so for me that saves me time and hassle,

Two different numbers, front and back. The car is up there with Jase's, so won't be changing.

Bring back standard stocks. Have them, what we have now (with or without quick change) and superstocks.
Then we'll se if some of these cars that only do a few meetings will be to the track each week.
I'm sure one will die a natural death and the surviving one a great crowd pleaser.

The reason toyota diffs are so popular is because of the large range in ratios from 3.7 to 5.1 and were cheap till they started shipping them overseas. Most of the diffs i have seen blown are shortened welded axles instead of resplining and the diff heads are just second hand. Amazing what a set of bearings and setting up will do. As for the amount spent on engines how do you stop it? My car owes me 14k the price of a hot rod engine. I say no to quick changes. I would agree to headers as they dont break like the cast manifolds so would save some $.
