8-)I see tony Stewart is in the wars again may be time he's to hang up his helmet. the latest was in nascar where he purposely driven into the other competitor then reversed his car into him. later a scuffle between the two drivers in the pits
What's your thoughts about him and he does have a reparation as a Hot Head should he retire ?

Those drivers all drive into each other purposely under yellows, in pit line and also in the pits. Cant see why we have to point Tony out because he also drives a Sprintcar. The last event that was on in the weekend he got driven into but it was three other guys that were dishing it out

You might wanna get your facts a little more straight. Stewart was ploughed into when Kesolowski drove into Kenseth on pit road after the race then ricocheted into Stewart. He then reversed into Kesolowski in retaliation

Did I say that I condone it....no. NASCAR has applied a rule for the last couple of years called "boys have at it". Meaning simply sort it out yourselves without being stupid so officialdom doesn't have to come down like a tonne of bricks every 5 seconds like we see in v8 supercars. This rule has pretty much worked but when things do get out of hand nascar will step in and fine, probation exclude etc. Kenseth never actually took a swing or dropped Kesolowski so how could they do anything. Stewart and Kesolowski both used their cars in manners which nascar deemed to be not right in their books. Nascar as a sport has been like this for some time and is what it is built on. There's a reason they have massive crowds turn out to the track for 38 weekends of the year

Stewart was an innocent bystander that caught up in someone elses biff. And 2 of his teams cars ended up with damage out of it cause Danica got hit in the scuffle too. the passion and win at all costs attitude to what makes Nascar the best grip racing to watch in the world. not overly watered down by officialdom like so many other forms of motorsport. I dont even aggree with the fine he got post race for the retaliation, especially when 2 of the prime causes got off scott free.
But one thing is for sure, you would have to be insane to not watch the Dega this weekend! Its gonna be on. lol

Slightly off the subject. On my bucket list is going to a NASCAR race, which one would be the best to go to? Daytona?

Charlotte for a tour of the NAscar hall of fame, and the race shops is worth it as well,

Anything 1.5 mile or shorter, no plates and heaps of bumper tag. That joint in Texas where the fast groove is on the wall would be a good one.

so do you condone this type of behaviour between drivers followed by a little stash up in the pits Personally I prefer letting them race and to a limited extent police themselves. Nothing more boring in racing than F1 or aussie V8s where they too scared to actually race since they'll get given a drive through if they happen to scratch the other car. Dirt tracks are for going round and round not tar seal that's just boring and every time there is a rub or a tap in Nascar the yellows come on for 10 laps anyway.

Slightly off the subject. On my bucket list is going to a NASCAR race, which one would be the best to go to? Daytona? Boner has it on the money, Any plate race, or Martinsville, Bristol. It's on my Bucket list too, But I want to go to Vegas. Every March, World of Outlaws Sprintcars on Thursday, Friday, Nascar on the Saturday Sunday! Now that would be an awesome week!

Slightly off the subject. On my bucket list is going to a NASCAR race, which one would be the best to go to? Daytona? A friend went to the May race at Talladega this year; camped in the infield, and the whole nine yards. I was insanely jealous, and if I was going to pick one NASCAR venue, 'Dega would be it. This week's race, with a Chase elimination at the end of it, will be an absolute ripper.
