I'd say the team will stay the same for Auckland, if the drivers & cars are fine then you wouldn't want to change them

Agree Tony27. The age old saying "never change a winning team" but hey we are talking about the Rees's here.

Are the Super Stocks registered to G as well ? I have only seen that the Stockcars will have a G on them for Rotorua Teams meeting

When Dale Robertson was driving a Superstock registered with an R and a Stockcar with a W, he was told by SNZ to be one or the other not both. I guess it will be the same in this case.

I don't think it is that clear yet as you are allowed ring ins for teams racing.

Sorry....I was aware of the G stock cars but didn't know that this was the case with the supers. I have no idea how the registration scenario works hence my question. The good thing about this site is you generally become wiser if you ask a question....cheers guys

Well I have to say I was bumbed at the result, being a diehard Hawkeyes (bring back Mac) and then Wangas fan. I really dislike seeing the Panthers win mainly because they do it so often and so well. A fantastic bunch of drivers, and the machinery and backing is the best out there. Well done Panthers. No matter who your favourite team is, or who they race, I reckon there is no higher benchmark than beating the bloody Panthers, so roll on Auckland and teams next year - sooner or later the mighty Panthers will be slayed and boy I hope it is the Hawkeyes that do it (like last year , and that I am there to see it!
