Half panthers half mustangs, 94p will end up in the middle whether he starts the race or not A fairly stupid thing to say. Young William is easily in a very small group of the most talented drivers to come through at Palmy in recent years, if not the most talented. Every driver is entitled to a bad meeting and I can't think of anyone exempt from that. His individual brilliance is something that can easily bring the win, & no doubt his past experience will help with the decision making that you get about .2 of a second to process when in the drivers seat.

Tigers being named this weekend after the Nelson Superstocks Best Pairs promotion, alongside stockcar hit-to-pass and ELF Supercup. A club night humdinger.

i hope they don't and anyway dale is racing his number for you. be sad if they do. you don't need to know who is every car. its a team. just who is in first. they ain't racing for themselfs. but for each other as a team. the busters started it. and changed the face of team racing. whats next? cars are to identical? i can't change the out come. so no point harpping on about it.

I think it's a bloody joke to be honest .. they're a team Bruce, theyre not racing as individuals IMHO last year's teams body's looked alittle all over the place with individual numbers The tigers have been together as a unit for a few seasons now, surely everyone knows who's in which car

Teams are made up of competitors and being able to tell at a glance which competitor is which is a basic.

I think it's a bloody joke to be honest .. they're a team Bruce, theyre not racing as individuals IMHO last year's teams body's looked alittle all over the place with individual numbers The tigers have been together as a unit for a few seasons now, surely everyone knows who's in which car I think you are far outnumbered by those who found the racing and drivers much easier to follow with proper numbers. Teams are made up of competitors and being able to tell at a glance which competitor is which is a basic. I have been analyzing teams champs footage recently, and having looked closely at both types of numbering I haven't been able to notice much of a difference in how quickly I can recognize a vehicle or number. It can be confusing at times (I know I got Hemi and Dare confused a few times) but normally you can instantly read a number and recognize the driver. With similar numbers it can take a while, but after a few go's you have no trouble remembering it. So coming from someone who has had to recall the driver from the number rather quickly, I can tell you I haven't seen any advantage or disadvantage with either look. But sequential numbers are as much a part of teams history as color coded bodies. I was born in 95 just after inventions like that came about, and the numbers are as part of my memory as the colours and the races. I don't think there is one of us here who hears a number like 82 and doesn't instantly think of the Tigers. While some great numbers stick out like the early 2000's Baypark team, its often easier to remember a team with sequential numbers. It should be a choice. If a team wants to run individual numbers they can. But forcing them to do so is no different then forcing them to have individual colors so we can tell them apart. Its ridiculous. I'm fine with it being a choice, as quite a few teams have done so in the past. But its an integral part of teams racing and shouldn't be changed. I'm glad the Tigers are sticking it to people like Bruce.
