Not who I wanted to see win it, but a deserving winner none the less. Congrats to Jason Penn. Stoked to see Dion Mooney come home in second, even though I wanted him on top of the podium! And of course well done to Jayden Ward for making it home in third. though luck that he got help up at the end.

Just like super stocks. 3 different tracks on the podium. Good to see and good for the sport.
To make the top 30 in a field of 180 is outstanding. For Ward in particular to back up his 2nz and be 2 laps away from making it 1nz but still make the podium shows his class.
And how often do we see a repercharge qualifier end up on the podium. Awesome work by Mooney.

Its becoming a bit of a ritual that someone from the repercharge finishes on the podium... Both Asher & Jayden came threw the repercharge last year in Nelson and of course finished up 1-2

After just watching the finals videos, my hat goes off to 72R. Looked like the only one trying to have a crack at trying to manipulate the final place getters. Well done.

Anyone know who won most spectacular incident? In my eyes should be 72r for the biggest cheer of the weekend when he got 2nz

I'd give it to 72r as well
For spectacular you couldn't go past him being launched towards the moon on the first corner of the first lap in heat #1. Add in his final heat antics and you have a winner.

Hate to think 72r didn't get something for all that effort. He certainly was the headline act of the finals.
