The first 9 from each group go through according to the entry form, which would mean 32GM and 69C qualify too.

Qualifiers by track so far. S - 8 H - 3 A - 2 W - 1 GM - 2 C - 2
Rep charge to feature 6cars if they all make it. 2 to go through.
Points above Unofficial but give idea of grids for rep

Auckland only have four active cars at the moment - 3NZ/11A, 36A, 78A, and 89A. I believe 63A and 81A are expected later in the season. Huntly is the strongest of the upper NI tracks with 9 active Modifieds.

Interesting night of racing from the livestream. There really is only one racing line for the Mods around Stratford which makes it a bit tricky, not helped by the fact that 20~ of the 24 cars were similarly competitive.
54GM Steve Thompson was trying his best to find a way to execute some clean passes around the outside but couldn't quite pull it off. The most effective approach to pass cars seems to be to get a wheel inside the car in front and then get a little bargy.
Organisationally Stratford appear to have done a good job with the event (as they do most big titles).

A couple of the Stratty cars are accustomed to the track and the need to pass on the inside like you say. One S car a lil more so in the recent past. Might not need to change his number if it comes off. On this track it is a very even finals field. Rep itself, even with 6 cars could be interesting and not all of those 6 are guaranteed to make the grid.
