I think it will be a boomer tonight Gordon. The Waikaraka track surface had been outstanding this season. My gut feeling will be that the Stockcars will cut loose and really use their bumpers tonight, while the Modifieds will have great racing, and the Team Nationals wlll turn up some unexpected surprises. Hopefully the medics will have a quiet night. Mind you, I'm filming the Motofest at Hampton Downs today, and they've run out of medics too and they've for more than WP! Lots of sore bikers.

Well done to the Gisborne Giants but the team of the weekend for me was the Auckland Allstars beating the Mustangs which was the highlight of the season for me.Auckland worked as a team and every team member put in a huge effort, thank you Bryce,Deano,Chatty and crazy mr Ron Tye for the entertainment last night.

yes very well done to Auckland allstars. it just goes to show you can never under estimate the underdogs. getting mellsop stopped in first corner was what won the race I think. thanks to all the teams, very good weekend considering only 6 teams, I must say (I know they came last) but a very well done to the rotorua rebels.. those hunter boys really stepped up. they certainly gave it their all. and stieny well what do you say about stieny.. legend!! the joblin boys just don't seem to be firing like they normally do. massive hit in the consolations on blair Mitchell buy Aiden "hit then pull off" Eustace.. his team mates didn't seem that impressed. if only he teams raced like that Waikato could have gone abit further. certainly makes me laugh when you put on a big hit like that, drive off the track then load your car up.. soft comes to mind.

Yea that was a massive hit, right in front of me as well which was pretty cool, apparently it was pay back for something Blair did.

Aiden was stopped in front of us on turn 2 while the crew sorted out Blair, his car looked ok, but didn't sound too good. He did try to carry on but the car wasn't running so well. At the end of it all, if it was a payback, then so be it, doing it on the track is what it is all about. And no, I am not the in the Aiden Eustace Fan Club.

Wow! Maybe you should teams race and show us how good you are?? The hit was legal and it had been coming for a while. I'm not going to sit here and tell you why but it seems you know all about Aiden already 😴 as for him pulling off?? The only reason he pulled off was because there was a miss in the engine. And before you ask yep i am part of the team.Calling someone soft who's done 2 seasons of teams racing's a bit rich. Perhaps your skills would be better served working for the herald. They are always looking for a story, even more so if it's made up from thin air.

I'm not happy with the direction of this thread.
As the reason why the driver in question pulled off has been answered we'll move on to more important discussions.
