Come on Huntly seriously communicate lets not make the Speedfest a secret otherwise I will make plans to do something else.

Has Huntly lost interest? The entry lists are there if you know where to look...as they have been for every meeting for the past number of seasons! More information on the Huntly website than many other tracks. Anthony

I personally don`t find the Huntly website to difficult to navigate...but that is just my own opinion! Huntly have been pretty good with supplying entry lists on their site...I also find Rotorua, Palmerston North and Meeanee quite good. I also find Facebook a useful tool once I know where to look. Macgors is great when certain people take the time to type in complete entry lists...I wasn`t doing that with Speedfest Anthony

forecast is getting worse. Save everyone some time, aggravation and money and pull the pin now. Chances of running Saturday are marginal at the very best. Canning it now means visitors from out of town can cancel motels before incurring the risk of penalties and means people aren't wasting time in their sheds getting cars ready for something that has no chance of happening.Forecast isn't just for a wee bit of rain, it for a flood of rain!

From the Huntly Facebook page about 30 mins ago.
"Speedfest is all go for tonight!!! Gates open at 2pm racing starts at 5pm with and NZ Burnout Demo at 4pm. If there is any changes we will let you know."
Looking at the weather cam at the track, it is drizzling now and forecast is for heavier rain later today. I hope for the sake of those travelling, the meeting goes ahead.

Speedfest has officially been cancelled. Bugger! Wow what a shock! 🤪 At least they did it early so at least travellers from South Island and lower North Island didn't waste time and money heading up! Ha!
