On the BT Tours and loving every minute of it. Gas City & Kokomo are tied for my favourite track so far. Looking forward to experiencing Lawrenceburg, although the Sprintcar almost making it through the fence added to tonight’s show. What sort of dosh does a trip like that cost? I know the outlaws are a long way from Indiana, but how about buddy k for a look? Any chance? Usually around $6k That includes flights, accommodation and pretty much everything aside from event entry and food. The tour stays at decent hotels and Bryce try's to get hotels that include breakfast. The tours aren't just about racing. The day time activities are as much a part of the tour. They've already visited Clauson Marshall Racing headquarters and even looked to have a tour of NHRA John Force Racing. Bloomington is next on the list and the tour normally stops to meet Steve Kinser at his house before heading up to the track. They'll go to IMS, Keith Kunz Racing, Gasoline Alley and all sorts of other racing places in Indianapolis. Then I think it's Nashville for the weekend before moving to Illinois for POWRI Midget week and a whole host of new attractions. The people you meet become lifelong friends. Think I counted 9 people on this tour who have been on at least one tour I've been on previously. It is a decent price to pay but totally worth it and one tour is never enough (I've done six!)

I’ll back up what Percy said, Bryce always has multiple activities on the way to the track each day. Hotel does include breakfast and has a gym (which suits me). Also helps to be in a much warmer climate for a week or two, was 28°-30° yesterday. With the added USAC VIP experience now on offer at several tracks it all adds to the experience. I have noticed Americans do like to serve everything with cheese or something they call cheese.

MP qualified 3rd out of 36 in time trials tonight @ Lincoln Park Speedway. Young Money Kyle Larson qualifying quick time and new track record. This place has some big banking. I'm looking forward to your description of Lawrenceburg! Lawrenceburg tonight and WOW. Definitely the best facilities we have visited so far, although Gas City is a close second.

Yip MP blew the Stanton up. He was haulin and reelin in a podium spot. From my seat at the track he looked great. Sunshine woulda won if not for a blown RR. Windom relieved the monkey with his first USAC win after a shocker fortnight

lovin the BT tour info my partner wants to know any girls on the tour or things for them to do or is it all car stuff There are a number of females on tour including former Midget driver Pam Shanley. She and Steve have been on many BT Tours. The Indy Week tour does include a trip to Edinburgh Premium Outlet Mall and often there is a Winery visit or two. There is a shopping mall in downtown Indy which is where the tour tends to stay. In any case most days you can do your own thing if you have something special you want to see in the area which is outside the tour schedule. I'm sure anyone regardless of an interest in racing would appreciate most of the tour. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is quite the visit and Cincinnati gets visited when racing at Lawrenceburg as it's 15 minutes up the road. Tour heads to Nashville for the weekend then on to Illinois which will likely include St Louis attractions i.e. St Louis Arch, Budweiser Tour then on to Springfield Illinois where the Maxim factory is. Tour always visits Abraham Lincoln's tomb and often takes a day trip to Peoria for the Caterpillar Center and Hooters . Don't think Chicago is on this years schedule (could be wrong) but a city visit to that place is always a highlight. If there is something worth doing outside the existing schedule Bryce will try and fit it in. Kokomo tomorrow is looking very questionable weather wise. 80% chance of rain and Thunderstorms predicted on one weather forecast I saw.

Sorry thats Indiana, not a good one for Michael Pickens now on to the powri midget week. Disappointed to suffer a rain out, but with the weather they have had recently we have been fortunate to get 5 nights of racing in so far. Luckily my fiancé and I flew up early so we got to see Kokomo last Sunday. MP certainly had pace at times this week just nothing but bad luck when it mattered most.

Every driver that drives a sprintcar is top quality but some names that are in it is Spencer Bayston, the wild child Jac Haudsenschild, the Brownsburg bullet Joey Saldana and of course Tony Stewart. The 2nd night of speedweek at Eldora is rained out today by the way.
