Tim Kaeding was 2nd,Schatz was 3rd,Daryn Pittman came 7th so I think he still leads the championship, another race today in Vegas so will see what happens.

Good to see Daryn Pittman still leading the championship but only by 4 points from mr Schatz but Daryn must be happy already winning $27,000 dollars this year.David Gravel is 5th on points but im hoping some wins come his way soon. They are off to Thunderbowl raceway this weekend so wait with interest for the results.

Of course Donny schatz win woo again goes without saying. Only drivers may push him be Brad sweet or Daryl pittman or shane stewart. Rest be playing catch up. That's a big call, this early in the season. It's like saying Pickens wins the nationals if he turns up in Cromwell....we all know that never happened... Donny is so consistent at all the tracks, so the other lads will need to be on point. Sweet, Gravel, Pittman, Mercado, Stewart, all good enough to challenge. you look at overall picture depth of woo racing not great.. barring major engine issues should be man to beat. only couple of drivers who could significantly challenge him throughout the season being pittman and sweet.. gravel is too inconsistent may start the season with hiss and roar. fade away as it gets towards business end of the championship. like the looks of Sheldon Haudenschild he's very promising continues like he did last year. he will play major part in this years title race.. Donny had to compete with steve kinser and Sammy was always coming off second best. depth in racing was a lot harder be able beat those guys.. very much doubt will ever have one driver winning 30 A main wins like kinser was doing every year.. certainly made Donny better competitor racing with those premier drivers.. experience he gained reason why he will always be man to beat for long he continues race in the sport.

I read the article, Madsen did a good job in traffic with Pittman chasing him hard apparently. It said he almost lapped Donny, he lapped up to 11th place with Donny finishing 10th.
He uses the same chassis as Pittman.
