Highly doubt Macgors forum be around 2035-36 let alone most the current posters lol I'm not quite sure of your point, but it's not really that far away. I'd like to think that Speedway, and many of the posters, would still be around, albeit pensioners. Barry B

running nz titles at one track would kill the sport. for example if superstocks were only having the nz champs at palmy why would any south island guys race at chch or nelson when they could contract to palmy for more track time for nz title

There is already an unofficial nz ministock title down south. Nelson has next to nothing over the next seven years which is disastrous for any club. I am not really sure how they will be able to maintain any crowd interest. Along with most of our glamour classes becoming extinct there is a hard road ahead.........

I am not really sure how they will be able to maintain any crowd interest. Along with most of our glamour classes becoming extinct there is a hard road ahead......... its not next to nothing. you have more than meeanee. through only 4 new zealand titles. to meeanee 7. and you shouldnt have been pulled from the supersaloon rotation. has apart from one track up north they run the series. any track that runs supersaloons should be in rotation. provided they have a club champs as well. meeanee should lose there 2nd streetstock title and gisborne should get it. they havnt had that title since 2010-11 season but then meeanee should gain the g.p for that season as that was also the last time meeanee had that title. and i struggle to see how palmy qualifies for the supersaloons and nelson doesnt. yes they should be pulled from superstocks. but not supersaloons. going to stricter measures is going to hurt smaller clubs and profit bigger ones. just feel some of the certia is to high for some of these titles. superstocks and stockcars should NOT have the same cretia for running a new Zealand title considering there are NOT the same number of competitors nation wide.
