One thing that got many peoples opinion going was the red terracota dust ,as they went home with in there clothes ,hair etc ,and my thoughts was hey we dont need this we best go down the road to Rotorua the absolute WORST dust ever had has been at Rotorua. Was so bad that the car stalled because air cleaners became blocked from the dust. Everyone was badly coated with the stuff.

In a sport that desperately needs a youth movement, it's sad to see the same tired old names being raised again Promoters who reached their career peak in the 1990's aren't going to run speedway optimally in 2019 great to bring in new blood but nothing beats experience so that same old mistakes don't keep happening. they need to be apprenticed and taught, come up through the ranks. some youth has been bought in at various tracks in various positions and results have not been great.

Quite rare to have any real dust problem at Rotorua, do remember one night several seasons ago.

Are you sure you are not suffering from memory loss ,i have never seen where Mr Mac has written complaints regarding this issue especially on his Hot Dogs ,and the Super Stocks love the place . Which meeting was this Magilla ,?? did it affect just one car or the whole numbers in that heat ..

Yes I agree with Magilla, I sit up top of turn 4 Rotorua and have had a number of bad dust nights - but the dirt track racing. Worsted I have ever been in was the NZ Super Saloons in Nelson - could only see cars as they passed in front of you and no more. Baypark with a roof can be bad, but others are just as bad. That why we go to dirt track - we love it, then complain (nature)

Quite rare to have any real dust problem at Rotorua, do remember one night several seasons ago. probably due to the classes they run there. Was a sprintcar meeting, which they have not had there in a very long time.

I see this as positive for Baypark and look forward to the season. Hopefully now there wont be date clashes with WS.

palmy speedway has been charging $25 for all meetings and more for big meetings for years.in a city where an average house now cost moonbeams, if you are on a budget or are just cheap, go to rangeview

Excellent, this means well run meetings & hopefully an increase in spectators, this is an excellent facility, but is seriously under utilized .

After his derogatory finance committee remarks on video towards Waikaraka Park and contact classes Mr Buckley has no credibility with me. Sorry.
