that,s a bit rough should of banned him from the start, not a week before a snz title Then they would be accused of rushing the decision. Just can't win.

His car was initially going to be impounded, then he was given dispensation to race while the SNZ Board considered the matter. My understanding is that the Board met this week, hence the relatively late notice in terms of competing this week.

I thought it was "initially" impounded, then returned, now deemed "not to spec" after board meeting. Due process.

So how many qualifying heats? 2 for each group? 3 I have been told Unless they have changed it from the original entry form Qualifying heats are over two heats, marble draw and reverse.

What were you doing on this week 41 years ago ? Well 41 years ago during the 1978/79 season Clive Elliot won the NZ Superstock Grand Prix in Wellington. 41 years ago! Clive has been going well and I took this pic of him racing at Palmy during the King of The Arena on Friday night, and he's starting in this coming weekends 2019 NZ Superstock Grand Prix. Just a bloody inspirational Legend that's all.

FROM Palmy Website The field will be split into four groups for a pair of reverse-grid heats each, with the top six point scorers from each group qualifying. They will be joined by another two drivers from a last-chance repechage, making 26 for the three finals heats.
Not sure what is the truth.
