The commentary team also have no control of the volume going out on the stream. Too much engine and crowd noise and that's drowning out the commentary.. It's all over the place

Yeah, can't hear the commentary once the engines are revving. Hopefully it'll quieten down between red lights for all the roll overs. Barry B

Paid a premium price, get served up a very amateur product! To compare this to the presentation you get for a similar priced product with the likes of UFC or boxing doesn't even compare.

Why doesn't Videohub do sound checks before the event?

Yes, the first 30-60 minutes has ALWAYS been their legacy as the sound is NEVER right at the start. Don't know about normal meetings, but at Teams that lets them down every year. Let's hope this works. Barry B

It returned after a brief vacation. I think somebody forgot to switch across when the recoded interviews started. Basic stuff.

Malcolm Sines mic is rubbish, but at least he knows and is trying to replace it. The picture on the screen keeps going black for a second here and there too. Pain in the ass.

Why does Video hub continue to present a sub-standard product? Because there are no consequences for them. Put this another way. Video hub will continue with a sub-standard product regardless, because there are no other competitors. They have a guaranteed product regardless because Bruce won’t cut them loose. When my wife and I were in business years ago, we learned that our business wouldn’t succeed if we didn’t build customer trust. Our customers would go elsewhere. Ensuring high-quality products and services is one way to help you get consumers to appreciate and believe in what you have to offer. As a result of a good product this will bring good recommendations to friends and family. Word-of-mouth recommendations was the best way to build our customer base. When we listened to our customers, there were fewer customer complaints and returns and guaranteed repeat business. That was the really gem there - the same people came back. The reality is that the superstock teams at Palmy, is the premier speedway event in the country. It is a fantastic product. Video hub however has no competition. I would like to think that they would think about what others are doing well. How is their product performing and what works for them and why? Answering these questions will put them in a better position and lead to better customer satisfaction. My sense is that they don’t listen to their customers. On Macgors there have been many complaints from well respected speedway people who have been around for a long time. The same sound system and camera coordination issues come up year after year. My sense is they didn’t test their product because they don’t care about customer reaction. This means they don’t really care about the us the paying customer or they would have sorted the issues out. I say video hub has treated the paying customer with disdain and disrespect.

Unfortunatley i think unless one of these other streaming companys turn up and stream every single meeting that palmy runs i dont think you will see a change in provider

What really anoys me is that they get every other meeting perfect all season and then the one meeting that means the most they make heaps of really dumb mistakes

Unfortunatley i think unless one of these other streaming companys turn up and stream every single meeting that palmy runs i dont think you will see a change in provider Videohub has the backing of the Promoter so dont see a change unless a real top notch provider comes into play : The independent Videographers like myself are finding there are new rules coming into play that effect our upload time lines : I know Teams and Drivers use my footage for educational purposes so impact is across the board

I agree with the above comments & complaints regarding video hub coverage and pricing. Having said that, the one area I do prefer them to the Pits is with their coverage of the cars & recovery when there is a red light, the Pits annoy the hell out of me the way they refuse to cover this aspect.

At 4:30 pm , Videohub stated.
Hi Paul, I believe the track team are planning on getting stream up around 5:15pm, fingers crossed no issues for tonight.
Fingers crossed they provide a better service tonight.
