I've been pondering the idea but starting to think I'm getting too old for a nearly all nighter. Guessing it will finish about 4am our time. Cost of stream is ok, cheaper than some over here.

Booked it to watch it but the video stream kept stalling after 10 seconds every time it loaded and only left me with the audio to listen to.
Won't be paying to only listen to it again tonight.

Logan Seavey whose sitting 3rd on points looks to be one to beat. Jade 5th on points and Justin Grant like pickens dropped heat race sits 11th.
Be Interesting how many finish looks like be heavy on Motors.

Congrats Dyson Motorsports for 1-2 Finish last night and MP with 3rd place finish.
Just goes to show can run really good with Esslinger Powerplants BB7. this is second year on podium. last year was 2 Esslingers top 3.Including T Mez who ran for Jordan Bros Racing team. Kaiden Manders was unlucky not won his First Australian title 2023. Alex Bright was running 2nd until flat tyre 5 laps out. well done Graham Jones Racing always have strong Midget cars for Nationals.
Now 11 or 12 USA Drivers won title since 2002/03. possibly first time been all overseas lock out for the title.

TRDS are not Dominant. Australia as they are in USA and to some extent down NZ.
Previous races had SR11 and Esslingers John Day classic dominatinating TRDS . with Logan seavey and MP 1- 2.

FFS lets keep it real aye π€£
One hores doesn't make a race π
Top 5
1st TRD 2nd TRD 3rd BB7 4TH TRD 5th TRD
Considering that there weren't many other TRD's in the field that top 5 just shows how dominant they are.
I guarantee if you gave Pickens the choice he'd pick a TRD over a BB7 every time but being a hired driver he is stuck with what he's given by the car owner.
It's not opinion it's fact that the Esslingers don't have what it takes to win and when your at the top of the sport winning is everything.

What one track mind.TRDS are not Dominant this poster above appears to imagine especially oz. Needs check some of his results first. 2023 Australian Title Esslingers 2nd and 3rd. Manders switched TRD Motor where abouts did he finish 2024 ? last year nearly won His first Australian Title. 2023 also at the plex Was Esslinger 1-2 with TRDs 3rd. 2019 Pickens picked up another win thats right in Esslinger. 2024 John Day classic another race where Esslinger beat TRDS again. obviously making it habit of winning and beating the so called Dominated TRD Powered Midgets.

Suprisingly since 2006 Michael Pickens won majority of his races Australia either Ed Pink Fords when was racing for Seamount Racing, or Esslinger with Jack Berry Racing. and more recently with Graham Jones Racing. look how many of 50 lappers hes won at old Parramatta racetrack. from Memory only won 3 times with TRD or GRD Motors. last being at Archerfield Midget that Matt Smith won 1Au and then was campaigned by Brady Bacon. prior to that 2017 when tOOK Seamount car over oz for 2 shows won both NSW Championship and 5o lapper.
who could forget 2015/16 season winning Australian Title in Esslinger from Brett Morris. which they still talk about one the great title races. Then when he went back defend Title TRD against Rico Abreu unfortunately had car issues couldnt get started.

Your living in the past π€£ π€£ π€£
No denying that the pigslinger use to be the engine of choice 10 years ago but that ship has sailed and the pigslinger has been left behind, it is constantly being be out performed week in week out.
If you want a championship winning car the Mopar's and Toyota's are where it's at and that's why all the top teams around the world run with them.

Well TMez ran the Esslinger BB7 recently and was impressed by it. Said wasn't peaky like other engines, it had great PowerBand pulled right through the Rev range. Tmez has run pretty much every midget engine out there over past 10 years so I would take the word of a Professional driver over some dude on the internet.

How many races did he win π€
Oh that's right NONE π€£π€£
Same number of races the Pigsligers have won in recent times since the mopar and Toyota dominance.
Of course someone who has just had a fully paid holiday on the other side of the planet is going to say good things about the equipment he's given especially when he loves the place and wants to come back.
I know it must really hurt you Ford lovers to see the pigsli gers just being another also ran but the results speak for themselves.
It's also not just my opinion there are many very experienced midget people both racers and engine builders world wide who agree as well.
My nephew being one of them with more experience and more national championship wins and titles to his name in the states and here than Tmez has ever had.
Until they make some changes to thier engine package they won't win races thats a fact not opinion.

And yes they may win races ,but when you see the ones that blow ,and all the replacements stacked up together ,one would only assume the apprentice boy got it right after about 5 goes like in the recent Chilli bowl But when you see others that use the same engine lap after lap ,time after time the dollars dont burn a hole in your pocket ,and the results are often just as good ..

The day will come where TRD and Mopar are no longer the top choices either. VW anybody? Barry B
