I'll put my money where my vote is and suggest Rotorua, most specifically Stan Hickey. He appeared not to shine last night through most of qualifying but in the 3rd heat he started to use his bumper - I think there's a lot more speed in 515R than was seen last night and I expect Stan will use that tonight given the grid draws he has. I expect we'll see him making a lot of inside slide passes much like the one he put on Lala Ashton last night as he battles his way from a rear grid in the first race tonight - having a car with no offset makes hard hits much less of a lottery for him. I'll temper that comment with the fact that starting off grid 1 in the final race he'll be a huge target for any of the non-R cars who are out of the running for an overall win.
Just looking at the grid draw Scotty Redfern and Pat Westbury have a lovely set of starting positions and the machinery and knowledge to make the most of it. Wayne Hemi appears to have pretty much the worst draw of all but he was going well last night and should manage to finish well up the order.
I guess at the end of the night luck, the scales, and how well clubmates protect each other are going to be the major factors no matter how good the individual cars and drivers are.

Thw winner could well have a P on the side, generaly greater track speed and often better racecraft.(perhaps running at home in quality fields helps)
The title may well go to a driver who is not a current star, 31P/McCabe for example was doing the business but is currently under most peoples radar. 62R Stanaway is another who appears "invisible" but could well take a podium at this event.
