I was wondering that too. I didn't get a text saying who was in the runoff, just the result. Hope it's right

Cliff Frost came 3rd in the repercharge so just missed out on the final. If I reported all the incidents1 2 3 and 4C were involved in I would still be typing at lunch time. Great meeting the new 1 2 and 3NZ certainly earned their titles in a meeting packed with so many racing incidents.

71s what new style gordge chassis is it then? Jacko's car is built different to all the other Gordges, has four coil suspension and other stuff that is different. (not sure what it is as I havn't seen the car yet).

well done TAMA and JACKO and everyone else that raced over the two nights.
mind you the biggest hit of the weekend came on friday night in the mini-stocks when 67w hit a spun out 48w and both rear wheels left the ground by a good margin. and the front bumper made a good size hole in the ground.
to everyone that went to the club rooms on saturday night after the meeting thank you as it was a good night. especially when the last people are asked to leave politely at 4.30 in the morning.

I would have to say as a competitor car owner and pitcrew, it was one of the WORST run NZ tittles ive seen in a while. It took far to long to sort incidents out and far to long to get the racing underway once the incident were sorted. We wasted far too much methanol rolling around and in the end used 125Ltrs for one nights racing. In the final heat i told our driver to stop for any yellow lights and turn the car off, it was totaly unaccecptable all the mucking around that went on. I hope that SNZ take a leaf out of this championship and fix all the mistakes before next weekends NZ Stdstock champs in Stratford. Had ive been racing last night i would have parked my car on the track and when all the mucking around was finished, rejoined the race. Apart from that, congrats to all top 3 drivers who drove well to end up with there great results.

Devilracer, I dont think it was the snzs fault for the delays in getting the races restarted. I think to many of the drivers tried to win the championship in the first heat.
Also from the infield its not as if you can just pick one of these cars up and drag them of the track, we try to move them without making anymore damage than they have, Add to that some of the drivers moan about how your moving there car.
