Poll Status: The Tank (27 votes, 27.8%) The Tri Rail (18 votes, 18.5%) Spacie (36 votes, 37.1%) Falt Chassis (16 votes, 16.4%) Poll Totals: Total Votes: 97 Total Voters: 97 I'm surprised at the results.. I though the Tri rail would be up a bit higher.. Tanks have always been popular, but until recently only for their antics on the track It would be interesting to hear from a few drivers that have had the opportunity to race either sorts of chassis for a season.. I've driven a Flatty for 11 seasons & a spacie for 1 season. The spacie was a lot easier on the body in absorbing the hits but I'd rather have been in my old Flatty if I'd been teams racing.. From a spectators point of view I think the Tanks are the best Stockcars ever built, I don't know why but my eyes have always been drawn to them in a race.. And when one goes rouge for whatever reason in the right hands they seen dam near bulletproof

No No NO it is the drivers that think they are bullet proof....but they have a false sense of security

Why does it matter so much on what chassis it is? they are all built to turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left, turn left if your lucky to last that long........

I'm not sure what you race Anthony but not all stockcar drivers just like to turn left.. If they decide to turn right the chassis they are in may have some bearing on weather they drive off or get towed off..

Anthony sounds like one of those tar tugger fellas that reckon racing a Stocky is easy!!! Besides, you turn left a little AND right a little and as Shane said, its when the big turn Right happens Thats when you see what chassis does the business or not. ;D
