yet another railway person here, wellington commuter(why do I feel like ducking already)so its a 22/7 so not quite the 24/7 some people have to work
Im not on call as such on weekends, Im either rostered on or I can say no to shifts when they need to cover sickness or whatever..but they are gravy shifts with the penal rates(so that tells the other railway guys Im not a driver...lol)
most of the time I get to speedway either W or P.just a bit of a rush when I finish at 6pm on a saturday..
kinda nervous about the XMAS roster...hopefully no lates over 27th and 28th of dec, got my leave to go to palmy for the superstock teams. the rest I take as it comes.
