you would be correct weatherman found a long lost speedway bag which contained the original logbook book, 1st owner was craig hamilton dated 28-11-89 sold to louis henderson not sure of date. I brought it off wayne bennington who lives in oz now and sometimes reads this site so gidday wayne , and this was what it looked like when i got it. and still hunting the old 37gm pete got a feeling it was sold to another local unsure from there. Cheers Olly!! Pretty serious about res-erecting the old girl if I can find it and talk the owner into selling it. Any info would be greatly appreciated and paid back in beer!!!

An important part of the team - Jonny old school - has had some of the old days relived, so better get this into the bit of history section. Hopefully Olly gets a couple of other pictures of Jonny old schools old cars here as well. Be great to see some more of the glory days of the team manager hey dude, I think i can help you with this one, My father Jonny "oldschool" Oliver and Greame "Dar" Stanton bought this car brand spanking new from Advanced Cars in Whanganui, was an awesome car very strong powered by a 221 ford v8. I went with dad to wangas to pick it up was a crazy trip for a young lad think i was 12ish. The car was quite unique as it had independant suspension front and rear. the car was sold to taz and baz, was changed to a ford 6, last i heard it had gone north to rotorua and from there who knows, had been changed to solid diff and beam front end by then though might of been getting older in age but in terms of racing was still young. And the number was the age dad stopped getting any older hahaha. upon arrival weighing oh i cant remember but it was heavy!! loading up for it s big debut with new owners at king of the coast courtesy of a young jason moir. sorry about photo quality hope they turn out ok cheers olly

Might be a bit of Jolly Ollys first 38gm in that earlier footage. and since 2010/11 season is now confined to the history books I suppose a team photo showing the paint schemes for the season better make an appearance. I swear, every season we plan on doing some sort of photo shoot, and it never happens. this is the only photo of the two cars together, and I didn;t even have my christmas chromes on at that stage.
