the "ranking" in the program is based on past performance at the teams champs, it doesnt have anything to do with how good the team will actually do tihs year, just how good they have been in the past. also, for teams that dont make it through to the second night, i think they are "ranked" based on how many points they get, which is then averaged out or something. but someone with more inside knowledge than me will probably correct me on that i think ur missing my point a wee bit i know how and y there ranked and im not talking about the seeded teams, ranking is different to a seed, im just saying it so happens to be every year palmy draw at least 1 low ranked team eg rebels, although palmy are not seeded this year they will still be ranked in the top 3 will they not?? oh i see. my mistake. yes i imagine palmy will still be ranked in the top 3 despite not being seeded. but we wont know for certain until friday when we get our hands on the programs. speaking of the programs, will they be available in the square friday afternoon again this year, and how much will they be[/quote] I published the programs for the last 3 years - but decided against doing it this year. Im sure Bruce will get them down to scruitineering as he was always keen for us to get them sold down there

I think a lot of Rebels fans might want to string you up- Palmy will always draw low ranked teams- thats all you can do when you are the best!!! I am a rebels fan a huge 1 and will b waving my flag proudly when they beat the panthers, pamly only the best because they have the easy supposidly easy draws look what happnd last year when they got a challenging draw

Palmy has been the best team for 4 of the last 5 years ( soon to be 5 of 6 ) it wouldn't matter who they drew none were good enough to beat them.

Loved doing the mag but just business

I guess "7" (Rotorua) didn't turn out to be too "soft" a draw after all (vs Glen Eagles and Panthers). There goes another theory...
