We were all young once,we've all had a drink once,maybe a smoke as well,so lets not jump on all these things,or speedway will be extinct,because banning each thing which annoys spectators means no spectators.

To me the getting pissed is strange,why for example at a NZ champs or teams champs meeting DO YOU need to get drunk,sure a couple of beers waiting,but to me the atmosphere of teams champs means for me no need to be pissed to enjoy.

Only time I've been at a meeting pissed was 20yrs? ago when Stratford held the Skyline saloon spectacular,after hitting the piss 3 of us went,2 of us pretty pissed,nearly got kicked out for being unruly-read that as when Mick Quin turned right into Blondie on turn 4 to take Blondie out,the whole stand we wewre on went ferral,mostly with us pissed guys calling for blood and not helped by the sponsors of each vehicle,was obvious Quin who could win if he could stop Blondie,but the blond one was faster that night,so quin basically did an awesome spin manouvre any super stock jockey would be proud of,putting Blondie in wall,thus Quin (garages car)wins Skyline,how ironic.

haha yea and please can we have gravity defiying tomato sause on our hotdogs I hate it when it drips on my clean pressed speedway top... and when I leave the hotdog stand can there please be a clearway so I dont have to dodge people and loose a couple of my chips!!! bloody hell whats the world comming to

I go to have a great time.weather im drunk or sober i still have a great time. i go early set myself up i but all of my noisey instruments at the edge of my area so the punters sitting beside me no whats going on around them. generally we have avout 4 cowbells and horns and a pheonix flag and are normally the nosiest there but we have a great time. most kids come and ask if they can ring the bell and we let them and off they go with a smile. the problem we normally face is someone turning up at 6:45pm sitting right beside us then telling us to shut up. generally this comes from the older generation. Maybe its the older generation who are the problem and not the younger people?

...and what ever else I've left out which should leave an audience of about two anorexic tea drinking non smoking mutes paying $40,000 each to watch precisely nothing.
