Good to see Dougal in the final, but how are he and Michelle in the final when Michelle bet him in the repercharge?? Elevated as the next highest qualifier in Group 2 when 24S pulled out before the start of the finals, as per the rules.

Shame about T Corrin, definately would have had a strong chance without a DNF.. To win first you have to finish. His day will come with experiance. Stick at it young fella. With experience??? Do back to back 3NZ's not count? Some days just don't go your way...

Congratulations to Stick, Phil and Jake - you couldn't hope to meet three better racers, or three nicer guys! Thanks for sticking it out and hanging in there when the weather looked like it would beat us, but it still ended up as two really good nights of racing! Thanks guys from all at Wellington Speedway - Congratulations! Chris Hadley WSS Vice President

Awesome stuff Jake on 3nz bout time his rat luck at the big titles ended and a well deserved podium for him! Yeah great result for Jake 42W getting 3NZ in his 20 year old HRC corvette congrats to the other podiums also and commiserations to Darryl in the 5T who drove great and only made one mistake all weekend which was enough to keep him from the podium which was a real shame after the effort he has put in all season traveling to meetings north and south to make sure his pencil was sharp as come champs time cheers Martin Halcrow Super Saloon 24W
