The crowd wasn't bad - late decision to offer the faithful concession was a great idea.
I've seen worse Friday teams fan gatherings too. Comparing tonights turnout to Palmy, well theres no comparison. But they put on a pretty good show, and got a pretty good turnout. For a Friday.

I just couldn't get away from Palmy today, but the crowd will be bigger by 4 fanatical Kings supporters from Palmy on Saturday night, garantee it! The ol XR6 is gunna get the cobwebs well and truely blown out from first thing in the morning, can't wait to get there...

Not sure who races who tonight, as it's 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 as well as 5 vs 6. The last one is easy, Auckland (100 pts) vs Kihikihi (110 pts). By my maths Huntly was 4th with 160 pts, Hawkes Bay 3rd with 170 pts, but the Panthers and the Rebels 1st= with 305 pts each. Run-off? Coin toss? Hopefully it'll be Palmy vs Waikato and Rotorua vs Hawkes Bay as they haven't raced each other yet (remember this is just from my maths).

Hi Barry,
The programme is not quite right, it should read
Winner of group 1 Vs 2nd place group 2
so thats Panthers Vs Wanderers
And
Winner of group 2 Vs 2nd place group 1
Rebels Vs Hawkeyes
