Thanks to all those that made this event happen. To the WP team for having the fortitude to run the event. To the competitors that put their bodies and equipment on the line. A heart felt thank you to all.
Cheers James

I would also like to thank everyone involved.
The committee and club members generally for not reacting like for like when uninformed people made outrageous comments. More than any other event so far this year, I think the Teams Nationals drew out a level of "club" culture, that we haven't seen for some time.
Congratulations Palmy you are a team who compete with surgical precision. We are a new team at WP and appreciated the advice and support from many quarters, including you guys, to make this event happen.
The SNZ track side team generally cops a whole lot of flak, well thanks team. When ever something happened you were in control, you talked to the crash crews through it step by step, calmly and clearly, making sure competitors had every chance to get going safely under their own steam.
To all the competing teams, infield, club room and volunteer teams, thank you.
Looking forward to Teams Nationals 2012
Bernie

I hope there was enough support from the punters for the committee to look positively next year to stage the event and grow it, or at the very least cover your costs this year.

I too would like to thank all those involved in organising the Teams this year. It was always going to be a big ask to please everyone and to those teams and knockers that didnt show, you were the ones that missed out, we didnt miss out on you. The club did an excellent job with what they have. Congats to all the teams and drivers, without you there wouldnt have been a meeting to go to. Weather you were 1st or 6th, you all deserved to be there. Thanks for coming. Look forward to 2012 and 10 teams.

made the trip up from Napier for both nights well worth the effort have not been there for some time now, used to be our home track for 15 years meeting flowed well, very little down time between races Friday nigh finished 10.30pm One downside was late start Sat, approx 25 minutes and that was exactly how many minutes past 10.30 the racing finished.
Many did not like the pricing, personally for a teams meeting was still a good two nights value wise - now for the event to grow next year and have at least 8 teams again.
had not gone to the last couple of teams meetings due the format as knew 1/2 place getters Friday night - pleased to see that changed
track seemed great, wheel packing done real early Friday - but rather late Saturday so late start
so well done to all involved

I am fine, but remember the price for our family to go to the PB would have been $200 as all over 14 we also have to pay $80 a night for a standard meeting. so on principal we have not supported as a family this year at our home track - still been but never all 4 gone at once and way less meetings attended.
as for going to AKL. had business to attend to at some stage so made it that weekend
more importantly a family weekend away, visit family and friends as well so this bill payer views the costs and what we get in return quite differently
unlikely to go to finals at HB this weekend either, WOS is calling our name instead
