Im pretty sure this is a private run promotion by the stratty club with SNZ sactioning. Therefore there is no need for the 3 meeting or 1 meeting rule to be used.  If I'm correct then there is no need for all the slagging and other crap comments to be made. I think this one may be run to standard SNZ rules. The entry form would prove that either way I guess...... |

If sues going to keep having a wawa about me racing in the event, ill just pull out. Saves all the arguments etc and her throwing her toys even further? so im out.

The number of meeting rule is loosley ruled upon at times take for instance , I have seen some of the English at the 240"s scrutineer-ed
go out do a practice then re scrutineer-ed each time ticked of as a meeting

oh please jordon when did you decide it was me that cared weather you raced or not i was just replying to already posted comments regarding the entry conditions of this event of which you had put on here I might add, i know people that couldnt race it because of these conditions of entry I was just curious.

I believe since it is not a SNZ sanctioned event which i presume runs under the same format as the NZ GP (Not NZ Champs or One of the 2 Island Champs). Competitors who raced last year are only permitted to do one meeting to be able to enter the above event.
Was the the person who entered and was told they couldnt race talking to the right person. In this instance the only people can say yay or nay should be the SNZ.
Club Captains and Comittee members have no juristiction except in a voting capacity in which i presume in years gone the rules of the above event have been set in concrete. I believe Originally the club got into trouble because the advertising indicated that it was a board title which of course even though it has a lot of cudos amongst the young drivers that race for it (much like the 240's and 248's) the meeting is really a very high profile Club title. I could be wrong as its been a few years now since i was on committee when this title was first muted.

The rule is a bit of a mockery Marty , when all drivers have to do is turnup at a meeting and sign someones scrutineering card and have it entered into their logbook.
Then go sit on the bank and watch the racing . Thats classed as having done a race meeting ..
Needs to be looked at .
Wonder how many drivers have entered a championship in the past and never actually raced prior .
If the rule says 3 meetings , it should be just that . Have raced 3 meetings ..
