Has Paul Fairbrother or Al Leviens Heyburn T Macs had a run yet, or are they debuting this weekend at PN?
And just wondering - do you have to do 3 meetings before the NZ title in the superstock, or is it acceptable to have done 3 meetins in another class.
Just wondering, as there are a few guest drivers this year.
Also found the Huntly programme from 1998 at home - will have to scan a few pages and post them up - surely one of the greatest speedway programmes of all time, and only $5!

I think KK are running superstocks this weekend too. Yes, the meetings are there, but some may need to get a wriggle on. I just hope some of these drivers that have been racing a Stockcar realise that to run the NZ Superstock Champs they'll likely need 3 meetings in a Supertock (as most of them probably didn't do any last year either).

on that subject Huntly could always turn the thursday night practice into a mini meeting as rotorua did for the stockcars so that would give drivers 1 more meeting?

Yep, that one caught out Kevin Free at the last champs in Auckland, he only had one SStock signature, but had been racing and co-signing a stockcar and hadn't raced a SStock the previous season. Told by the redcap he should have been co-signing with a SStock driver and he would have been ok even if he hadn't raced.

Ok now that we've got the entries and now the groups would any1 know what the weather will b like nxt weekend From next Wednesday till next Sunday, the forecast is for sun - only sun...oh, and maybe a little wee bit of wind. Of course, that may change, but at this stage, it's sunscreen, hats and sunglasses as a recommendation. But no umbrellas. Please, no umbrellas.....there's nothing worse than someone sticking up an umbrella and blocking people's view!!!! Well done Huntly - it appears to have finally brought some summer to the Waikato!

The 859p car didnt finish heat one and was pushed off. Have found out it was electrical issues. 78h and 99r both only lasted part of the first heat and neither lasted in there heats last weekend in Rotorua, will they be well enough for next weekend also?

Jared came from rear of the grid and got him self onto the rear bumper of the car in first place when an electrical failure stopped our racing for the day.
Jared is loving the Superstocks. Bring on the NZ champs!!!

Bring on the NZ champs!!! Yes indeed - bring it on. And anyone wonders why he was drafted into the team? Perhaps Wayne recognised the rest of the main threats are from PN so needed a outsider in to "smash the P" haha. Huntly will be MEGA - good luck to all
