If this did pan out as we think it has now then maybe we haven't heard the last of it. Like Rumpy says there was passing of cars on the grass on night 1 that I believe went unpenalised. I would be surprised if Luke was the only guy tonight to put a wheel over the poleline, if indeed he even did, so it would seem unthinkable that the only guy to lose points all weekend for this infringement would be Luke??
All very weird.

Have came up with the same thing Jamo. Points I had after 2 heats were, Dan 36, Luke 35, Bunter 32. Add 16 (5th) to Lukes 35 = 51. Add 17 (4th) to Bunters 32 = 49. Now take off the 2 points Luke lost in heat 1. And it's a tie . We both can't be wrong. 67 finished 3rd in heat 3 so 18 points.

Had spoke to Greg and thought he had said Luke had just passed for 5th and was catching Bunter in 4th. Ops by bad. All in all he said they are more than happy with being able to put #2 on side of the car.

Congratulations to the podium winners, but lets not forget to mention all the competitors who entered ,gave it their all but the stars can not be a lined for every one on a given night. Good to see that the title's are from both islands, which can only be good for the class. Every title meeting has what if, refs call etc etc and debate will always follow. Good to see that the rewards were shared by long time campaigners and a new commer. We always commment that the sport needs new blood so hope Dan's victory encourages others into the class. Oh yes a "S" car no 1 . Joins Jacko, Muzz Gordge, Skinny, Blondie,C Pierce, Podjursky, B Simpson,R Joblin,Albert Gordge, Alan George,Alan Jago,Steve Hall,Noonan,Neil Cowley,Merv Julian and all the others from the Naki who have 1, 2, 3 over the years.
