Firstly let me say that this site is awesome and i only wish i had found it earlier.
I live in Hamilton but am from Rotorua and have been a regular at Paradise Valley for as long as i can remember.
I headed along to the Superstock champs in Huntly hoping to see a Rotorua driver take the title.
I thought Scott Hewson drover extremely well the first night. Was gutted with his DNF in heat 1 on finals night. I thought he showed in heat 2 that he could be a contender for a podium.
Was pretty impressed with Osbourne, Hunter and Fraser all weekend. All 3 drove well and were consistently very fast.
Bryce Steiner was exciting to watch all weekend, am looking forward to seeing him in the finals of the world 240s next year after his win in the superstocks in paradise.
Was also impressed with David Elsworth in the 87r. Thought he looked very fast qualifying night, disappointed he didn't make the finals as he cant have been far off.
Overall though, happy with the way our driver performed over the weekend.

Well, 4 of the 5 qualified drivers are in the Rebels and will be the starting line-up I guess. McRobbie qualified for the world 240's this year and will be a great asset to the club in the future. I think ken Hunter would be good in the team to but I am unsure if he put his name forward!!!
