hope england protests...if they win the protest it means the WHOLE team loses their points...england will progress. Total crap call. Crap call , but there no protests in teams racing.

To be fair, Rees car looked as if the fuel in the exhaust was on fire, as opposed to oil form the engin/electrical type.
The car would have started and been fine, if it wasnt going to or Peter knew that it wasnt fuel on fire, do you think he would have sat there??? Probably likes the odd BBQ but not that much.

So how (and yes im going to drag it up) did the nelson car get DQ'd last year, was it protest or a refs call? Because it was made after the race. It would just be good to see some consistency. First it was the numerous red lights v nelson, then the removal of a car from the race last year and now this. I can see why people get pissed off with the ref bashing but it just keeps on rearing its ugly head does;nt it?

Definitley no protests when there is a senior Referee present.
You can appeal though.

Well maybe the speedway community can show their disapproval of the decision somehow. I personnally thought it was also the hit of the night, he did well to catch him. It also appeared to me that he didnt go to the infield for damage.. Was he sent off?

Once your belts are undone, you have retired from the race.

Mires and Rees should get DQ'd.. Mires for wall riding last corner to get away from blocker, and Rees for getting infield help when his car went up in flames

Best you can do is appeal a ruling that went against you . Absolutely certain. I think it was made that way to stop all the carry on we used to have years ago.
