Ron announced as we were leaving that tonight was his last teams race.
Thanks for the years of giving & taking the hits for the pumas, you leave a big set of boots to be filled

i say its good. even tho ron tye is an awesome teams racer but it gives the younger people a chance to have a go at it. my guess is the likes of wallace would more than likely fill his spot as wallace has been on the team before

A pleasure teams racing with you Ron. Really enjoyed what you and Chrissy brought to the team, 100% on the track and the good times off it. Am pleased we could send you off in style......

 Have always enjoyed watching Ron - you could always rely on him to pull off some big-nuts hit at some stage!
