Its just as quiet here as it was in stand after the busters got spanked. If u listen carefully u can hear the tumbleweed rolling around in the busters trophy cabinet it is that quiet. The busters have won at palmy 2 of the last 4 times they've been there. Only one team has a better record, and kudos to the Panthers they're a top team. The fact the busters are copping abuse suggests to me that like the Panthers they're a threat and people are threatened. Well done Panthers, and well done busters, and well done anyone else with the balls to teams race!

Lighten up there joe 69 . All part of the fun. Im pretty sure Palmy would of been copping the flack if the results were in the Busters favour . Posters were qiuick to put up P got Busted after Friday nites result , so i dont see any difference in this thread. I would take it that you are another of the Busters sore losers..
Instead of stressing about getting beaten on the nite by a fairly sharp team , maybe you should be praising the Panthers for their well deserved win. Dont see any of the Busters drivers on here whinging about getting beaten . Great comeback year for the Busters , and yes they will be back stronger next year.

Much as I love the Panthers, the Busters are a good team and I really DON'T agree with the crack about their trophy case, they are a newly formed team, and as such trophy cases don't fill up in two events. Use your common sense. I don't see how the Busters are a newly formed team, they look a lot like the 2012 Rebels with different coloured bodies. Most of the current Busters have been teams racing with each other since the turn of the century.

The point I'm making is that you accuse their trophy case of being empty, when this is the first year they've come out as the BUSTERS team, not a REBELS team. New or old team, racing together or no, the fact remains that the BUSTERS HAVE returned but cannot immediately fill their trophy case, so your point about it being empty is moot. You cannot fill a trophy case in the first season back with two events. Its not possible.

Rex Pollock, BOP speedway assn, sponsors and those behind the scenes with the busters awesome work. There is more to a team than those on the track (although they're the ones putting their bodies on the line obviously..)
I'd suggest those mentioned above have a lot to do with the busters success this year. With the panthers no doubt it's the same, strong loyalty and support from their support network has ensured they're constantly at the pointy end every meeting, the same again with the Nelson club.
Lets hope Rotorua find an extra few cars to support their '3 guns' and their supporters unite behind their cause.

Agree there Bustersno1fan . Alot required behind the scenes .
Pretty sure that the Rebels will be back as strong as ever next season and as competitive as anyone else . Two or three past teams drivers staging a comeback with the Rebels , so they wont be lacking in experience and firepower .

You cannot fill a trophy case in the first season back with two events. Its not possible. I'm not making accussations. There are two major Superstock Teams Championship Trophies and they are nicely tucked away for the winter in the Panthers trophy cabinet, so everyone else's cabinet are empty, therefore I am stating a fact. Is it great for the sport that the Busters back, provided that the Rebels do come back next season better and stronger than ever. Yes I want to see the Panthers win, but at the end of the day we all pay good money to watch a number of great Teams Races, and with more good teams we get more good races, so we all win. Bring on 2013/14.

The busters put it all on the line in that race and made the panthers work hard for the win. A lot of luck is also involved with teams racing it could have quite easily gone the other way. Panthers had no answer to Ellsworth until he crippled himself with he king hit on penn. I think the boys can hold their heads up high with this weekends effort and I hope they return next year. Well done to the panthers for taking another win. Also Highrevs, as an ex bay park and rotorua competitor, why not support the boys instead of mocking them. You obviously have a lot of issues around the busters and bay park in general which is evident in most of your posts. Anyway roll on next year, can't wait to see if someone can roll he Mighty Panthers off there pirch, wether it be busters, rebels, tigers or any other team for that matter.

Vf8 , pull your head out of the sand . Its no different to the anti palmy / smash the p brigade . Go give them all an ear bashing too. Sounds like another sore loser , as i said before its only you supporters that are crying about things . Nothing from the drivers . Will repeat what i said in another post ] Great comeback year for the Busters and yes they will be back stronger next year. Thats the trouble with some of you one eyed sore losers , you only look at the negative side of things and cry.

if you were born in Stratford or the BAY you would have more right to call your self a true Palmy supporter than those born in PN. ;D whatever beachboy there are only a handful of naki/bay cars out of many p cars... so why would that make them have MORE right to call yourself a true palmy supporter?? get over it change the subject

Take a chill pill mate, my heads never been in the sand, if you slow down and read my post properly, I've applauded the panthers for their win, they deserve it. Certainly don't class myself as a sore loser and I'm certainly not going to cry over the loss. Like I said before bring on next year and the prospect that the current and deserving champions may be finally knocked off their throne, because that's what we all travel to see who ever we support. We'll be there supporting the busters.
