has this car got or had a rover or holden motor in it .where is this car at the mo.

Now has a 4L Falcon in it but im not sure of what it use to have in it porry. The above pick is from aprox 4/5 seasons back out of Stratford then was swapped with my mate who ran it out of kihikihi for a season did couple teams races and parked it up couple seasons back. Now I have it and putting a new cage on it and a make over ect but i am interested to hear its history.

Was built by John Amsterdam in the early 90's and was raced by John and Murray Paterson, originally ran an early Toyota V8, was then sold to Bryce Steiner who put a Rover V8 in it, then went to Jason Walsh in Rotorua, disappeared for a while, then Ryan Hook 56h ran it foe season about 5 or so seasons back, he sold it to Stratford.

thats it .murrys old car .sponsered by sedan park funeral home an me back in the day .frankton auto spares. .used to break a lot of axles .surprised its still alive ! excuse the pun .lol.

remember when it first ran at huntly .murry being a chippy made up a coffin for the wing .got green sheeted ok .i was cheif scrut then .lol. an red throwing a big wobbly .serious negotians in the club rooms later .an red calming down (a bit)he was a wild man back then .it was decided by a show off hands etc .an in the interest of the public .it would be removed .think it was burnt in the pits over a few more jacks b4 we all drove home drunk .opps .had partailly sober driver .

this was one of my cars it did run a rover v8 and we had a heap of fun in it . i will dig out some old photos of rebuilds and racing that i think are in a old shoe box at home some were
