Well, their no refunds policy is illegal. I for one am lodging a complaint with Paypal. I DID NOT get what I paid for. The guy running the feed is not answering his phone and is deleting posts on his facebook page. I may even be really polite and go visit him on monday, just to see how hes getting on.

this dissapointing. ive used this service before and thought it was great. whats the chances of getting ot sorted to watch the replay tomorrow at 2pm. i havent seen a thing. dont want to bag them to much as its a cheaper option for me than to attend these meetings live, gamble w e take i suppose. only thing that does get up my nose is the lack info coming from the video hub guys. let us know what is happening rather than get frustratied trying to get the dam thing to run.

Well hopefully we get the feed from 2 tomorrow 4 free or a Fucl1n huge discount as this waz total horse Sh1t..If it aint sorted by 1.30 tomorrow im in the car 2 palmy & Chris & his team can shuv the live feed up their Arse 4 eva..

I agree contact paypal and ask for a refund . you have every right to ask for a refund as you did not get what you have paid for

They should look at only selling the quality stream they can provide , rather than having down times.
Usually they claim ,its the copper to your exchange is slow/faulty, but all over NZ.
Anyone with the high speed broadband that failed as well , will prove the system is oversold.

I've only watched one or two streams in the past (am normally there), but that was bad tonight. Bad picture, bad camera work (or at least which camera we were following), loss of picture, loss of sound, loss of both picture and sound etc etc....and somewhere along the line we lost the commentary and could only hear the cars? Glad I wasn't alone........

At least its a so called "server error" rather than the old "dish blew off" the roof like speedbox used to come up with time after time.
