Well glad I made the trip and didn't rely on Chris Morton and his team to do justice to the speedway meeting of the year even though I am vocally opposed to the palmy track, the entrance prices, the cost of parking that these promoters insist on. For those who appear to have been fleeced by the crap video coverage, don't feel you are alone in my opinion we wee fleeced from the moment we parked the car ($5). Incidentally I see they were charging $50 to camp in the rugby field behind the track.(Another sign of clipping the ticket). Over inflated gate prices and another $10 to sit in the stand. Anyway back to my point, a little while ago I posted a caption about Speedway Live not covering Palmy and Auckland results and I had a hunch then that these promoters were in bed with video hub and clipping the ticket on internet coverage and thus not opening the door for speedway live. Could this been seen as anti competitive behaviour by these guys but that is another story for another day.

These clowns are as bad as the speedbox lot. Talk about knowing nothing about customer service. I for one won't be paying a cent to watch these criminals rip me off another $50 to watch glitchy racing with sound when they like it. I bet these guys are sleeping with the palmy promotion so the can get a bit more gold to give there teams that won't be in the prize money. When are they going to get sky tv in to video it for pay for view???.

Heres an email I received from them -
1. LAST NIGHTS PROBLEMS
As long as you have emailed or left messages we will resolve these over the next few days. Apologies but we will be UNABLE TO ADRRESS THESE BEFORE TONIGHT IS FINISHED. We are in negotiation with our USA suppliers to reach a satisfactory resolution for problems customers experienced.
2. TODAY –We are streaming last night free, from 12pm today (SQ at the moment, both a bit later.)
3. COMMUNICATING WITH US TONIGHT
Our focus needs to be on getting this right for everyone so emails and face book messages are preferred as phone calls slow progress if technical issues arise. Email videohub@event-tech.co.nz

i would love to see this done prporly and pay per view by sky but i dont think the money is there for them to bother. sky would say want to sell one million pay per views instaed of say 200 thousand the are being sold now through video hub (not acciurate numbers just something to compare to). i dont think sky will be involved any time soon.

How can they say its free for everyone when we paid $40.00us for
1. Live coverage
2. Replay the next day
Where is the free in all this?
The only free I see is videohub getting free money for not providing live coverage

I sent chris an email at 7.10pm last night and only got a reply because I complained about no reply via Facebook. The customer service is absolutely shocking. |

I think they have tried to make good for falling short last night with the replays. If you are not happy with the service don't use it tonight , simple really. Seems to me there are a few wanting a free ride.

We had been waiting for the 2pm replay as advertised on the PN Speedway site, and the confirmation email we received last night, only to get an email at 1347 saying they are running a 12 noon replay. It is all well and good to have an earlier replay, but surely the email telling folk that was the case could have been sent before the changes, and not ten minutes before the advertised replay was due to start. I'm not after a free ride, I would just like the product / service I purchased. Claire |

When you have paid your money in good faith ,and not getting somthing u paid for Think its perfectly your right to ask for refund or get tonights racing free for those who paid for last nights veiwing or part time coverage or non at all
