I think they have tried to make good for falling short last night with the replays. If you are not happy with the service don't use it tonight , simple really. Seems to me there are a few wanting a free ride. There will always be some that want something for nothing but I thing in this case there are many with a legit case. I paid for it last night and all I received was a black screen, after 5 phone calls, numerous fb msgs, emails, txts I finally got a reply 2 hours ago stating: "Sorry Glenn, We've been overwhelmed with messages.we're trying to get back to everyone as fast as we possibly can. As for the refunds, you should have received an email from Dacast.com with a receipt, forward that to videohub@event-tech.co.nz and we will get you your refund. It will take a couple of days but we'll try and sort them as soon as possible" By no means the best service but at least they are offering a refund got to be happy with that!! Have emailed them back to see if they can donate it to child cancer instead but want to see receipt if they do! |

just been offered a 50% discount on tonights racing..what is this morton guy like? I paid 50 bucks last night and got hardly anything...and he wants me to spend a further 25 bucks to run the same risk...ha man ..your off the proverbial rocker....thats the end of my dalliance with this crap, Ive stopped spending my money with losers, liars, cheats, plain ol con men and simple incompetents...come back to me when you've got something that works!,

the missus has been emailing them, we couldnt log in to the replay .. then came the offer...well theres no way he's getting 75 bucks out of me this weekend..not only incompetent but greedy too....

Just been offered the same discount and if I use the promo code and discount tonight no refund for last night, but if I don,t use it he will sort out refund next week.

Grrr no promo code here but if everyone who paid last night received it I believe that would be fair. We did see a bit of racing before I fell asleep waiting for it to start again and it would bring the price back to what we have been paying for past streams but the quality and service last night did not match the inflated price. I just hope everyone gets that code

So they state on Facebook that tonights racing will be free, now it's not free and there is no word on whether they will refund last night. Just forward you receipt and they will "sort it out". What the heck does that mean?
This Chris Morton bloke should be in jail with all the other crooks.

for those of yiz who have purposely confused y'selves in anticipation of awesome viewing, or those who are suckling the big brown ones, the cheapest way is ofcourse to pay a completely new fee for tonight and claim the refund with your last nights reciept , its 75 bucks one way and 50 bucks the other...

well ive decided to risk it as i cant be there. i could log in etc but so far get the same blank black screen with the blue play button as i did last night and didnt get to see a thing. i hope something changes in the next 15-20 mins.
