The Rotorua Rascal's Stockcar team arguably under-performed for years with the individual talent that they had in their line up, and then suddenly it clicked, their management put it down to one thing, attitude, and this season they've been unbeatable. The same could happen with the Rebels at any time. Once you get a really solid squad, even one change can make a huge difference. We saw it with the virtually unbeatable Baypark Busters of about 10 years ago when their core was Ashby, Fraser, Remnant and Wood and even a change of their fifth driver upset the balance, and we've seen it with the Panthers a couple of times in the last 4-5 years. One change out of the five can take away a team's invincibility. The Rebels haven't had a completely steady line up for some years, but once they get it they'll be a force to be reckoned with. Oh, don't forget mordecai; Fraser didn't race the Auckland teams. Barry B yes he was 6th driver k ross was given a run
and yes 1 change can make a huge change for the better or the worse we have the same sort of thing at work with our team of 5 as not all get along with all

Barry B Yes your ryt on it there barry & thats what i mean when i said the team has to gel when you have drivers that run in a team together they get to know how each other works so when a new driver comes into the team they have to see how they go & work so it takes time to come to grips

ashby and fraser don't use top gear chassis and it was the same results maybe its behind the scenes issues Not really. The 2 years results prior the Busters starting up the Rebels results were quite good. Both Kyle and Horse were in the team along with Scott, Steiny, Alan McRobbie and Osborne. Palmy was a 5th and 4th Auckland was a 2nd and 3rd

aaahh yes but what now with Horse retiring from Teams, where do the Busters go from here just think how many times Horse and his faithful tankers are the last one going. Massive loss for the Busters.
