Personal I think 3 of the T drivers are genuine chances rather than dark horses. 34T went exceptionally well last time he visited Te Marua. 5T has been in great form in his last few outings and I would suggest he has a fitness advantage of the majority of the competitors in the class. While we have not seen much of 26T lately, the class of the double 1NZ is unquestionable and he obviously will show up in a well constructed car.

The original Hypermac last time I heard was just sitting around as a twisted frame, Matt built a new Chassis as well as the Engine Correct. Matt built the chassis and the engine for the latest 46m, now 43m. The Hypermac got pretty wrecked at BP, I think at the end of it's first season from memory. The 53m chassis is a Hutchins, another who, as I understand it, has built everything on his own car. Let's do it on the terracotta, Barry B

What Chassis is it then ? I thought Trevor Rogers had got a Hypermac, but I certainly haven't seen it yet. Not sure whose the old chassis is. Let's do it on the terracotta, Barry B

72T Paul Wright has a Hypermac. 69K Mike Wilson is meant to have built his own but cannot confirm that yet. 71C Willie Woodhouse has a Lovelady, but has had upgrades done by "Tiny" so he now calls it a "Tinylady". Johnny Browne has a "Johnny Browne"

Further to the chassis discussion.
11C - ex Grocott Tinyrod 76C - I believe this to be a Lovelady ex Bolt with different bodywork this season 96A - I have it on reasonably good authority that the Hypermac will be the weapon of choice for this weekend
With regards to 41M, what is happening with the ex Waddell Phantom chassis?
Anthony

the 76c corvette was built by shane maaka prior to him getting the 1nz.some of the car is a copy of the king George car with rest shanes ideas. the gordge chassis that shane once owned ie king George car is being converted to a saloon in the not to distant future.to put it perspective it would cost in excess of $50k to make the gordge car be a competitive super saloon again with a new engine shocks and suspension work.so that s why its going to be converted to saloon spec.
