Seriously how can you pop up once a year and starting spouting off like this. I'm sorry but what if a family member has past away did you think of that. What if someone I really sick. Did you think of that. They both won there 1nzs on the track not by talk crap of it or on here. Doing it on the dirt radio show are going to talk about it tomorrow 7pm listen to that. They will reveal all we need to know. Now leave it be and get on with real speedway talk like how wanganui should be favourites what frequency can I listen to it on in auckland

Because, dear busterbell, we can control the former, the annoying idiots that profess to know it all but won't say what they know (which therefore could be deemed speculation), and the latter, had Rees Racecars chosen to announce this without explanation on macgor's then yes, I'd agree they owe us an explanation. Since they chose to announce it via FB, it seems ludicrous to me that you think this is therefore the platform to ask questions and expect explanations. I'm sure you're quite capable of tracking down Pete via his FB page or his workshop if you really want to know more. For anybody else to answer your questions it's purely speculation, which as macgor has already explained, we won't be going down that track. You must get out of the mindset of obtaining your information from one source but asking questions via another source. Barry B you have missed my point entirely. as national champions is it acceptable to to make major announcements with no offer of explanation? not to me its not. you make an announcement then back that with the reasons why it has been made. or the reason for no explanation is that explanation is not fitting behavior for a 1nz. And you have missed mine. And that point is that you said it's "laughable" because you can't ask for explanations on here, but your questions are ones that rather obviously nobody here can answer for you. To some extent I agree with your point; it's just where you've come to obtain your answers that doesn't make sense. Do you go to The Warehouse jewellery department to find out how much that diamond ring was on sale for in the latest Michael Hill ad? I have a question, has anyone got a recipe for scones? That food processor never came with a cook book ,?? Sultana ,date ,or cheese ,or just plain with cream and home made blackberry jam . Gazza ,Ben Hur was the best chariot racer of all time ,they had balls of steel, real heroes ,your cant compare lemons with sour grapes I wish Gazza hadn't reminded my about Colin Meads 21st, where they served us crayfish & scones, and beer. Made me hungry for scones. mmmmmm, scones...... |

Present, can't compare with the likes of Evans etc, we are looking at now, Both no 1 in their class and Asher very unlucky not to have the 240 as well. Arguably the 2 best at the moment, hey we all have our own opinions, love to here of other possibilities and their credentials for being called "The Best" I do think asher and peter are the best and im also gona say asher is gona be way better than peter if he can keep a calm head Pretty big call saying asher will be better than pete mordecai. Pete did the hard yards. Coming up with a proven chassis design, becoming the most feared driver in the country for many seasons, working out car set ups etc etc. asher is a mint driver for sure but to put it bluntly he has walked into a pretty good situation that pete spent years perfecting. Im sure there are alot of talented drivers out there that could be very succesful if they were in ashers shoes and had a father like pete |

Pete didn't race teams champs last year and the show went on bigger and better. Just a bit perplexed as to why they are baiting people up on social media over a personal issue they want respect and privacy for!, and then letting it be advertised that all will be revealed on a radio show!. Hope this isn't just another case of P divers-managers throwing there toys.

This whole drama is turning out to be bigger than Ben Hur.....or even Colin Meads' 21st..!! I have a question, has anyone got a recipe for scones? its not so much the scone but more the topping brendon..... I myself like fresh whipped cream .. whipped by an old English woman listening to newstalk talkback and home made strawberry jam again being bottled by a grandmother wathing a 5 day cricket test ... pref on the 4th day of the test........
