Mods will prob delete this showing there dictatorship and which promotion is big brother. What more does Scott Mires have to do to be disqualified? any other team that had a car jump the green light would have been sent from the track! Even the commentator pointed out how bad it was and then there was the attacking of the grass in the semi final, both these resulted in the opposition lead car being taken out just laps from the finish! It's a joke, becoming like the Americas cup. or boxing

highrevz, you've had your say 3x over. This is a discussion board, let others state their view. And whats the problem with highrevz having his say x3 over percy? As you point out this is a discussion board! Or is there a quota for how many times someone can respond to a post he or she has created? Highrevz, Please do not justify palmy being too good ever again mate lol. The panthers once again cheated and rigged the draw (yawn) like the last however many years some people keep waffling on about. Time for some new material.......best team won woooohoooo yeahhhh Panthers Big shout out to the Warriors too! Awesome racing all weekend fellas.Im sure your supporters went away proud as hell of your efforts.Well done Cheers Muncho , shame on me for posting on a discussions board ..lol Whos the villain here , the ones slagging off the drivers and the referees or the one sticking up for them. people get sick and tired of the anti P B/S all throughout the season . They have 1,2,3 NZ in both contact classes and now the Palmy Teams title ,WHY ? Because they are the best in the business .. End of story . Will keep an eye on things and see if anyone else gets pinged for making more than three comments , my guess is they wont if they agree with Percy... lol

I think it's probably time for you to get some new material too muncho. You basically come on here once a year, spruik the Panthers and slag off the non-Panther fans. Every year you go on about people bemoaning the rigged draw, but you may not have noticed how much that has died down in recent years, and was non-existent in 2015.
Agreed, the Panthers AND the Warriors were BOTH awesome.
Re multiple responses in a thread; there IS no limit. However, saying the same thing over and over again is somewhat frowned upon. If a poster has nothing new to say, we do politely ask they say nothing.

How good is the sportsmanship of the Baypark team? Obvioulsy their protest (as it was called by the commentator) was overturned or the punishment handed down not severe enough to see them win the race. After the decision was given they were straight out onto the track to beat the Mustangs fair and square for 3rd spot.
They had every right to question the tactics of Miers. 3 wheels on the grass, leaning onto the lead car, pushing him wide is a definite no no. Had Jack not come through from underneath and finished Tarrant off, the 8p was still turning right and would of continued to take Tarrant to the wall.
Such sportsmanship as shown by the Brawlers can not be said of others.
Miers broke the rules 2-3 times in that race alone. Red lights, he moved, off the grass he most definitely did. When moved back on red he put himself out nice and wide with a clear run into the back straight. He has lost a lot of respect from many fans at this point and then after the final, he makes suggestive comments. Now lets hear all the Miers lovers say there was nothing in what he said, You're only kidding yourself as everyone knew what he was getting at.

I do not see there was anything wrong with Scott Miers comments after the final. He should be proud of his team mates and those who left the team do not deserve any respect from those that did the job and won the title. He never mentioned any names or slag off anyone, just praised the current Panthers.

I'm pretty sure this has been drilled in before but there are no protest of results in teams racing. Teams can appeal ref decisions but that's all. If Miers was in the wrong would he not have been pulled up?? What about wellington getting the gate opened for their 4th car or long three minute bells.

If Miers was in the wrong would he not have been pulled up?? Apparently not. BUT, he was not the sole offender from what I've seen - he just had significant impact in a moment that mattered. I assume (hope) that had any driver from any other team done the same, they would also be under scrutiny at the moment.

The very experienced teams racers know there is a lot less chance being pinged crossing the pole line entering turn 3 to what there is entering Turn 1......

It is like the old saying "you play to the whistle" . There were others using the grass as well and were either getting away with it or the penalty for infringing was not harsh enough to deter . Moving on the red lights should have been easy to pickup even the "bingo board" announcer did.

Am I alone in hoping Bruce invites the supersaloons back next year, how smooth was the track looking on the second night & both times their final race has been worth waiting for

He didnt refer to anyone by name or by saying those who left the team. We all suspected who scotty was reffering to but he said the best teams racers are right here on the track right now.
Honestly though with all the b/s around palmy at the moment who would want to be a superstock driver with a p on your car when other drivers are happy to take a dig at you in public over a minor difference in opinions
