Basically at the start of ministocks (maybe other youth classes prior) it was decided that you are either a youth or an adult at 16. You along with anyone else can table a remit at the next AGM (for remits)looking to change this, but good luck.

My son was 16 3 years ago and in about February we went to Harrisville where he drove my stockcar, after hoping out he said stuff ministock I want to race stockcars so we paid the upgrade to and adult licence and he raced my stockcar a couple of times THAT same season he started in Ministocks.
He could not go back to a youth after driving in an adult class.

Why not just race Ministocks in your last season at 16 and then change up the following season to what ever you want. Whats the Rush-Panic??

We have just had this in quarter midgets. 1 girl was meant I be travelling with us to Gm but had hopped in a minisprint so was no longer able to finish the season as a quarter and why would she, she has a new toy now but perhaps the rule could be changed to allow a couple of trial drives. What if she did that and didn't like it? This too was her last season. I don't think going contact to non contact has anything to do with it. Ps have you seen how much contact there is in TQs?

Questions:
If a 20 year old rugby player is chosen to play for the All Blacks, does that disqualify him was playing in the 'under 21's?
If a secondary student is chosen, chooses to play for an adult team does that disqualify them from playing in an age/student restricted team?

Actually thought the answer to question 1 was yes. Or maybe just a "convention" they use. Seem to remember it being mentioned a little while back during a game. Might of heard wrong of course.

first question? I onow at club level you are allowed to play 3 games up a level before you are not allowed to play colt rugby. (under 21)
