So we are permitted to bring alcohol in but not in glass.

NZ STOCKCAR TEAMS WEEKEND is finally here!
It's shaping up to be a cracker of a day with a high of 31 degrees so don't forget a hat and some sunnies!
A few things to remember also:
- car parking is $2.00 to pay for traffic management on SH35.
- tarps used to "save seats" are not allowed.
- alcohol is allowed in the arena PROVIDING THAT you are 18+ and not intoxicated, not littering or causing trouble and only beer/wine/premixed spirits are allowed - no liquor!
- alcohol is NOT permitted in the pit area.
- everyone in pit area MUST have covered in shoes after 5pm.
That said, enjoy your weekend at EGR and may the hits keep coming!
