I'm not on Windows 10 - i think I'm on 8.

Bizarre that changing to i.e works given they recommend streaming in Chrome but streaming in Explorer seems to have solved the problems.

Apologies for my previous post wasn't constructive or conducive to fixing an issue however All sorted thank you called in my own tech support and he recommended I change hardware to an ancient win7 laptop just in time by the look of it.

Surely its not going to be this hard in future I watch feeds from the US and UK and Europe and have never had soo much trouble as this quite mad actually

All sorted hopefully the local drunks wont lynch me for no speedway

We'll certainly be raising the issue with our player software vendor, the important thing is for this particular event is we implemented a work around.

No luck on smart TV but laptop is providing a really good stream. One small gripe is we're seeing quite a lot of the leader, the blockers is where the action is.
