Assuming both are racing, Wayne Hemi and Peter Rees will be in a race of their own to become the first driver to win the Superstock Teams Nationals for three different teams.

Hemi has tasted success with the Wellington Wildcats and Palmerston North Panthers while Rees has won with both the Waikato Wanderers and Palmerston North Panthers.

Wednesdays fact of the day: Peter Rees also won the title with the Waikato Wanderers and the Waikato Raiders are yet to enter the event making Petes victory with the raiders a truely remarkable feat.
