Where do you get the Torana bodies from?

I have my own molds for the 4 door and hatchback and make them in resin. Likewise for all of my wheels, whilst the tyres I make in actual rubber.

Gidday Justin, You're welcome to share any of my stuff on here. I may have to sign up on facebook and communicate with all those fine people on your site ! Some people have asked what they're made of so I'll give a quick summary. Chassis are made from brass tube / wire etc. and tin - soldered together. I make the bodies from tin and basic filler and shape to photos of the car. I then make a two piece rubber mold and simply mix some resin and pour in and in approx. one hour you have a body. (See photos) Bonnets are tin. Engines and all parts are also made from my molds in resin. Wheels and tyres are turned in my lathe in aluminium - tread made with a knurling tool / cutters. A rubber mold made and a harder compound rubber used to make the tyres. Then simply paint and make signage - simple ! I live 15 minutes from Pukekohe so if you're up this way feel free to come and see them. We have over 3000 people on the page and many are blown away by the quality of your models some asking to buy so yes please these are amazing just like the first ones you have done
