HBHornets I Think your find 35c has not done his 3 meeting,Not sure how many more club meeting there are available B4 the Title Rule regarding number of meetings a competitor must have done (a) New Zealand Residents (i) must have raced in that class for a minimum of three meetings in the current season, or (ii) have raced in that class for a minimum of three meetings in the previous season and a minimum of one meeting in the current season. |

Although the rule regarding the number of meetings a competitor has to do states 3 in the current season or 1 in the previous season there isn't anything to prevent a competitor simply signing a scrutineering card of another competitor to meet the requirement. Unfortunately no where does it state it has to be their car they raced and as no checks are ever done to confirm they actually drove a car that they signed the scrutineering card for. Whilst the intent of the rule is obvious proving otherwise is a different thing.
The rule was introduced to hopefully prevent a 'one night wonder' entering the event and either winning or affecting the result in an unfair manner.
